Callback of Ticket

Customers please provide the following infomation to GHN config

  • Client_ID
  • Url ticket
  • Staging or Production
  • Name

The GHN side will send request type, ticket status. Customer please return Response code=200:

  • JSON format
  • Type: ("Tư vấn", "Hối Giao/Lấy/Trả hàng", "Thay đổi thông tin", "Khiếu nại")
  • Status: ("1 - Đang xử lý", "2 - Chờ KH phản hồi", "3 - Hoàn thành")
  • In the case of Response code other than 200, the GHN side will fire back 10 times each time 5 seconds apart.
